Poor employee choice. The cleaning was cheap in terms of quality and the corners were cut round. The owner tried to fix the situation which is appreciated but the real problem was the choice of the employee, which is the owners job. That’s why I’m writing this review.
Very happy with the service I received from Menage Total. We needed to have a full house cleaning done with tenants due to move in the next week. They showed up perfectly on time and worked very hard to make sure everything was well cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Menage Total to anyone who is looking for an honest company that will do a good job.
Good service, very polite and decent staff. Three people came and spent more than 12 hours cleaning my full apartment. I was very satisfied with their work. I also found their cost to be reasonable. One suggestion I would like to give is that they should have a list of what each type of service entails, what will be cleaned and what not, so that both the customer and the cleaner will be prepared. Or at least somebody should visit beforehand and understand the requirements of the customer and instruct the cleaners accordingly.
Love this service! We've been using them for regular 2 week cleanings for the last 2 months and have been extremely happy and impressed with the service. They are very responsive to email (which is my preferred method of communication) and very professional on the phone as well. The house cleaning is always very thorough and well done! The reasonable price allows us to have them come every other week. We have been so pleased with this service. From the management to the house cleaning crew, they are a class act
