If you need quick, efficient, thorough, and skilled work done on your PC, there is no better location in Montreal. I had been wanting to upgrade my gaming PC with a new graphics card and power supply. Every other store I contacted failed to give me a quote, ignoring me by phone or by e-mail, but immediately after calling CIPC I had an extended, attentive e-mail conversation with their reps as they tried to ensure I got the best prices and fastest service they could manage. They finished the work on my computer significantly under their estimated turnaround time, and Jason, the employee in charge of my upgrade, was accommodating, professional, and educational. Furthermore, they had an impressive selection of hardware in the store ready to be sold off the shelf, including peripherals that I'd previously had to special order when I was shopping at Best Buy. Unlike all the other PC stores in town, they fought for my business, and they won my loyalty. I will be returning to their store for all my future repair and upgrade needs, and I urge you to do the same.

Bought some cooler and fan at great price with fast shipping last month, but i strongly disagree with their practice of selling recent graphic card at higher price than scalper. This could seem as abusive business practice but according to the owner answer below it's not entirely their fault. Initially After seeing this I said I would not support them again. But after their explanations and \mea culpa\ I will probably do so again for products other than graphic cards. Edit: After receiving answer from the owner I've added a star because of a prompt satisfactory response on the situation from them. I would suggest they add a disclaimer of the reason why the price are so high on their website for the sake of transparency ( I would even suggest they put the contact info of the gouging supplier in order to provoke public pressure directly to the supplier ) The missing star is for the online payment process which is not the most reassuring I've seen and the rather high shipping fee.

Best PC store in Canada, yes, I mean Canada - 95% of all my Computer parts for all my builds for the last 10 years have been from here due to their amazing prices. And I do my research and always compare with Amazon, NewEgg and CanadaComputers etc...and I've found nothing can beat their prices - check out their prices on their site and see for yourself. Or call them or walk in. Ask for Carl, he was very helpful and honest and really worked to get me the parts I wanted despite the delays due to the pandemic. Even if I told him about a better price elsewhere (which was rare), he usually was able to match or get a better rate for me or honestly told me that it was better to take advantage of an ongoing special elsewhere. If you are looking for the best prices and best service, it's here.

Only 2 customers are allowed in at a time; this puts a damper on the shopping experience at CIPC during covid-19. But they have what you need (bring patience with you).

Always a pleasant experience to go there. Also, if I can't find a part I need on the South Shore, I know I can always count on them to have it.
