I had an amazing experience from booking until I left! Lisa was so sweet and very understanding, and caring about what I needed. The massage was PERFECT pressure and relaxing, I really enjoyed it and needed it. For my tense muscles it was divine. Thank you for the love, I will be back!!!

I've been going to Taiyo for around 3 years now and highly recommend it. The staff is professional and listen to your needs. I've never had a disappointing visit and find it even better than some of the spas I've been to around the province!

Mmm, I was going to buy a couple of these LivingSocial coupons for two massages for me and my girlfriend. But after reading not only the first two reviews, but the response of the merchant, I will definitely not! No matter the price after the discount, we should be able to get a receipt for our insurance company. We want to save money and make the most of our benefits, and this shouldn't have anything to do with the the merchant, who should be able to provide a receipt every time they are asked for. Tipping is certainly a courtesy I would have had if my massage was decent. But it's a TIP, and it should never be obligatory. Lastly, judging by the response Lisa Xue Fen Mah gave to Normand, I do not feel there is a good customer service philosophy in Centre Taiyo. I better don't even try this place. You need to improve, guys, the complaints below are pretty standard and understandable.
