Cordial and effective service 95% of the time. I go there around 10 to 12 times a year and get great service every time. I had an issue once, and had it resolved about 36 hours later.

My experience at the Douane was super. Even though the presence of men wearying firearms was too much for a place that looks so calm and quiet. But from my experience there, the service was outstanding, I found two officers ( Bien-aimé and his Co-worker friend) who assisted us through the process of our papers. Thumbs for them, and for the Company they're represented. I almost forgot to mention that you have to het there early in the morning to get a parking space. It is a quiet place and it is huge.
Very pleasant service.
