On a late winter's day, going to the Botanical Gardens was an excellent idea as a preview to the spring green we'll be soon seeing here in Montréal. There are 6 distinct areas from tropical rainforest to desert cacti, bonsai trees to orchids and ferns; some are from around the world, others cultivated at the gardens. Due to COVID-19, only 60 persons admitted at a reserved hour, however one can easily visit for 2 to 3 hours. Admission: 16.50 adults 15.50 seniors 65 Tickets online

We absolutely adored our visit to the Montreal Botanical Gardens!!! There was so much to see...many different themed areas...we especially loved the Chinese garden area...the bonsais were so amazing! Our lunch was onsite and as you can see from the pictures it was absolutely breathtaking!!! No joke! If you’re in Montreal, go here!

I intended to walk around the garden outdoor but due to recent snow falls, it enables me to scout the area for my upcoming portrait. However I was able to do my indoor tour at the enclosed gardens where there were like 5 people tpuring the area with masks on and no winter jacket, the temperature was warm as if your inside a forest. Beautiful landscapes and gorgeous flowers that you see in the wilderness. I will go back on Sunday for a portrait of my upcoming wedding event. The staffs were very friendly all the time .

Awesome place to spend a day. The \deadly plants\ part is also kind of neat, even though it's quite small. The Zen garden and Japanese areas were the nicest in my experience.
