Absolutely horrible. I came here to buy Trollbeads but the stock is very old and tarnished, not well taken care of. The owner lied to me the first time I went in and tried to sell me beads under false pretense. I ignored it and thought she was just desperate to make a sale. Then foolishly I went back another time and was strung around for weeks being told she would order something for me but only got excuses. I will never shop here again and regret ever giving any of my money to this store. Dishonest owner and among the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This store will hurt the reputation of the merchandise she sells.

I went to this place based on the good reviews. I brought two watches an an expensive delicate gold chain. They said my Pulsar watch was \too old\ to be fixed, that my Casio had broken internals and needed to be replaced with a quote almost as much as the value of the watch. The gold chain they soldered with very thick metal, so it broke almost instantly after wearing it. I brought the watches to another watch shop, and they were able to fix both for a reasonable price. The battery in the Casio had actually been installed improperly, and that's why it wasn't working. When I came to pick up my items, they informed me that they misplaced my items, and I waited for almost an hour while they searched. I was really dissatisfied with the service I received.
