It was my first time having an Electric scooter and good thing that i made a research and found Apollo. I love the exterior of the scooter and its full performance ! its astounding! Will definitely recommend this Electric scooter! I wish that Apollo would also make some accessories. Good luck to this growing company. Kudos to Trent for helping me and answering my emails right away. Keep up the good work :)

Phenomenal product! We bought the Apollo Light for my son after the voltage controller on his Xiaomi burned out. The Apollo has great acceleration and the suspension is so robust even a big guy like me at 225lb can barely feel significant bumps or cracks in pavement. It's so sturdy and solid, and it even came with tools for maintenance! My son is in LOVE with his new Apollo Light and spends hours outside exploring (and off screens) and keeps talking about how much it is better than his old Xiaomi. We are glad to buy from a Canadian company that stands behind their product with a 24-month warrantee. Shipping was quick from Montreal. I'm tempted to get the ‘Apollo City’ for myself so my son and I can ride around together this summer! It's fun to ride at all ages.

Because of covid, I ended up having to wait for my scooter a lil while, but after finally receiving it and going out on my first cruise with it, it was worth every second I waited for it. This thing is an absolute BEAST. I am a fairly small person so the scooter goes above and beyond it’s expected performances. The thrill you get going 35-40 KM/H on these scooters is amazing, it’s like riding a rollercoaster all the time. The battery is great too, I don’t have to worry about getting from point A to point B anymore :) Apollo customer service is also amazing, 11/10. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this company and I will definitely be upgrading with them again!!!

The Apollo explore scooter has been amazing. I live in SF so going up hills was a big factor but it handles them well, I suggest avoiding the steepest hills and zig-zagging up side to side when you have to go up to them. The speed, lights and handling are all great features. The only criticism I have is it's heavy to carry so going up more than 2 flights of stairs is a big challenge for most people. the battery and range are quite good but for charging I'd recommend getting the 4-hour fast charge pack, the charging can be slow. The customer service is amazing and I can't recommend this company and scooter enough.

Awesome scooters but the reason I took the time to write this review is their great customer service. My kids broke my scooter and they got it back up and running twice through very quick customer service and at extremely reasonable rates. I would definitely look to them when buying another e-scooter.

Apollo Scooters have basically perfect customer support in my experience. They'll answer your questions and help you out in whatever way you need. They are always super nice and polite too. The scooters are an amazing value for what you're getting and the two year warranty is double most other scooter companies offer. Overall, I highly recommend purchasing from Apollo Scooters.
