What a nightmare. We had booked a reservation for a Thai cooking class. Unfortunately due to COVID the course was canceled (understandably), however since then there's been no email to reschedule, I've called and left messages at least 8 times, and sent emails to infocovid@academieculiniare. Finally I spoke to someone who told me someone will call me back (of course it's been 2 weeks since then). Incredibly dissatisfied by the customer service of this establishment. So quick to take the payment of 300 but good luck to get in touch with them for a service you never received. I'm not interested in rebooking - I request my money back.

I had the pleasure to not only take a couple of their 3 hour courses but I also just finished their 4 week semi-professional course and frankly it was one of the best experiences of my life. They have an incredible team of knowledgeable staff. Everyone on their staff is welcoming, kind and the facilities are stunning. The teachers are pleasant, fun to be around and truly patient and devoted to our learning experience. I would recommend this school to all foodies, from beginner to more experienced home cooks. Great thanks to the Académie for this experience and I hope to see you all again soon!

J'ai payé un cour de cuisine à ma blonde au mois de mars 2020.Le cour à été annulé mais je reçois un email 3mois plus tard pour me dire qu'on vas être contacté à une date antérieur et de ne pas les appeler.Waww super professionel.J'ai envoyé plusieurs email pour me faire rembourser j'ai laisser des messages mais jamais aucun retour.En lisant les commentaires je ne suis pas le seul dans cette situation.Une académie de voleur et de non professionel qui ne veut pas rembourser le monde.Mais sont bon pour envoyer des email pour acheter leur plats.Je déconseille cette entreprise si je pouvais mettre un grand 0 je l'aurai fait.Donc faites bien attention avant de vous inscrire je vous le déconseille fortement aller voir ailleurs au lieu de perdre votre argent
