The rental was hassle free. They advised me on what to rent. They took a deposit. With the invoice I went to the rear loading dock. They showed me the machine. I loaded it into my vehicle. The return was the following day before 9am. I left the tool at the dock, again hassle free. I went inside and paid got my deposit back. Staff was friendly throughout.

Not recommend them. Their system is crab and too old. They are not professional and not reliable. One start is more than what they really deserve.

Definitely NOT customer oriented. They did not give an important information about the equipment, which could not then be used. I actually had to go out and buy one (could not get back to them, too far.) They still charged full price. Not very smart.
