I have had the pleasure of visiting this location a few times and I am always happy with the level of service I receive. The staff at this location are very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Bianca assisted me during my most recent visits to this location. Her customer service and product knowledge are both impressive and exceptional - which I would suspect are both good assets to posses, working for such a storied brand like Montblanc. I look forward to my next visit!

Most professional service I’ve received recently! Walked in today to get a new wallet to replace a lost one, and can say Heidi and her manager were definitely a pleasure to work with! She took her time to help me find a fabulous new wallet and kept her amazing attitude even when my new credit card wasn’t working and I had to run to the bank and took extra time of her day, instead she chatted with my girlfriend and got us some espressos to keep the energy up. Highly recommended for any Mont Blanc accessory or service needs!
