I have had a vacation for long weekend booked with them via Hotels.com and they could not accommodate the group we booked for and still charged my credit card for the full amount!!! It is a hassle to get to the management as no one picks up the phone and Hotels.com also tried to get help in refund of the charges that were made but never provided service for by the Le Boise by Kasania. Stay away from these fraud properties that pose as vacation lodges but never care for the people who booked with them. I wish i could give them a ZERO star rating. A Garbage experience.
