xceptional service and exceptional management. There was not a single time where I have contacted Carlo, a Trustcan property manager, and he were not there or did not respond instantly. The team at Trustcan so far has never let us down in every aspect of the apartment but also in the management. Trustcan teams led by Mr. Andre Krepec continue to offer personalized management services tailored to the needs of our condominium directors and co-owners; evidenced by the perseverance and the integrity of their team members in the coordination, supervision and control of activities in the Condo Complex.

We called the emergency service because our electricity is out. The number was provided by the janitor of the building. We also called the number of the management company in the building. The number leads to the answering service who took our message and said someone will call us back. Hours later still no call back we called the emergency number back. The person said I don’t work for the management company and there is nothing I can do. I asked her to follow up with the person who was taking care of it. She refused as per her logic there was no point in following up as the person she spoke to said it was being handled. I tried to explain that we have over 600 worth of food going bad and that we are sitting in the dark. I also explained that we called Hydro Quebec and there was no issue on their side. So now it’s hours later, we are sitting in the dark, and the management is not doing anything about it. Don’t trust TrustCan

We need more security in our building because too many unknown faces we are meeting at corridors and elevator. But Trustcan management team have already identified this issue and a new Fob system will be implemented in 2020. Bravo Trustcan.
