This is my second time dealing with them, and both times have been great experiences. It's a rare thing when you great service to go along with a great deal. Simon has the ability to make negotiations feel like a win/win outcome. I would definitely recommend them.

Have purchased a pontoon and a can-am defender here! Dealt with Simon, cannot express how wonderful these two separate experiences were! These guys are SUPERB! If you are looking to buy your next skidoo/Can-Am or beautiful Sylvan pontoon you need to go here first!
This is the worst place for service by far. You better not do any service at all than bringing your machine there. Service rep is rude and clueless. My machine came back with no oil in the engine and bunch of stripped screws. Make yourself a favor and do not set foot in this place. And do not call brp after they mess up your machine, you wont be able to talk to someone helpful. Overall, just dont buy brp products.
We went and took advantage of their open house sale on Friday the 29 of November. The adviser we had made our purchases the easiest possible way. Great selection of greatly discounted products. She had a vast knowledge of the products we were looking for. I highly recommend this location.
After purchasing a used snowmobile before the snow actually showed up, big mistake. Constantineau shop offered a 30 days warranty at the purchase. We got snow 2 months after the purchase of the snowmobile. On my second ride, less then 100 km, the snowmobile broke. They offered to repair the snowmobile. They gave me the new part (belt) and told me all was repaired. I wasn't aware that I had the to proceed with the repair myself. Big disappointment. I do not recommend that shop. Big disappointment.
