i purchased a 2019 F150 in Feb/2020 from Trillium Ford. what a great experience from Ryan ,Debbie and Team . I had a problem and called and spoke to service and in no time flat I Recieved a call from Len Rice. Boy was I impressed. We both discussed the situation and Boy did Len step up to the plate. His quote was I WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU BE HAPPY and man did he impress. I have dealt with many dealerships and business's in the automotive industry and iam really impressed. I just picked up my new Ford Edge on Friday. Ryan Bigler was truly exceptional. He was honest, transparent, and customer focused when it came to finding the right vehicle for my young family. This is our second purchase from Ryan, and I would strongly encourage anyone in the market for a Ford to speak with him regarding your needs. My husband is not an easy to please customer - he will admit this himself, lol. But Ryan was patient with him, and knew exactly what to do to make him happy.
