My wife and I had an amazing experience working with the entire team at globe Trotters. We met them at the 2020 spring Toronto RV show and out of all the vendors we were immediately impressed with their offerings and how we were treated. we worked with Adam at the RV show (whom we believe is usually in the service department) and he was never pushy and was very helpful and understanding about what we were looking for and understood we were not ready at the time to make a deal. we knew Globetrotters were who we wanted to do business with. We have continued to work with Adam to make a deal on the trailer we wanted. since then we were very impressed working with Theresa and Jeff to finalize all the documents. We have since taken delivery of our new trailer and Jeff could not have been more helpful in helping us ensure we were set up correctly, ensuring we knew how to use our new trailer and had everything we needed to start to enjoy the season. Globetrotter also helped us purchase a few items we had forgotten or what we had was not sufficient. They were super helpful and Jeff even arranged to met us so we didn't have to drive all the way to them. Globetrotters have gone above and beyond during our purchase and we look forward to continuing to work with them as we go on this journey together.

Jeff the sales manager was very helpful over the phone, emails and in person when i finally got to meet him. Any questions that i had as a new trailer owner he helped and explained anything that i was asking and even told me things i didn't know. We are on the search for a new Bunk House RV. New to the trailer world we have been to many dealers as of late. I was so impressed with Jeff’s knowledge, honesty and attention to detail. Having the trailers set up prior to our appointment with heat, outdoor kitchen and steps. This was not done at any other dealer. Our time spent was used very efficiently on only seeing trailers that suited our needs and in our price and size. He quickly gained our trust with authenticity and knowledge in both the trailers and service. The trailers were organized on the lot, clean inside and out. This was by far the best customer service and dealership we have worked with North of TO. Well done Jeff and Globetrotter.
