As the owner of my company I issued a cheque to my employee who uses your services. Because the cheque had no address I was asked to go to the office to check my identity. The whole process was a none sense and we found Kimberley, with her comments and lack of wanting to help not fitted for the job. She was not willing to help, on the contrary felt like dealing with two minority group was very uncomfortable to her. Polite expressions were not in her dictionary. She needs a good training, she needs to understand that no matter the colour of your skin you need to treat people with courtesy if you are in that business, any business. More than ever people are in need of jobs, I am sure other people waiting to get job will do better than her. Prejudice, racial prejudice won't take you too far. Good deed, courtesy, good customer service will. I will. give you 0 starts, but google doesn't allow it.

The fellow working there today was friendly, efficient , helpful and he also went out of his way to help me with finding and using the Money Mart App so as to make my future transactions quicker and easier. He would make a very good manager etc if he is not one already :)

The front counter people Dean and Sherry are always fantastic every time I come in and help me with anything I need that day in a professional and quick manner while having great attitudes that make it much more enjoyable experience. If it was up to me I would give them raises!
