Service was amazing. Lillian was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and acted with a sense of urgency. Email correspondence along with telephone messages were answered promptly with detailed accurate information. Louise, another employee called to inform order was in and to schedule appointment to deliver curbside to our home with no addition cost. She was very friendly and professional as well. The delivery was received as scheduled and the employee was also very friendly and professional. Was a pleasure to deal with Mondeau and would refer family and friends.

I purchased a very unique sink from them for my bathroom, and it had got me many nice complements. I got it off of their display in their showroom. I also got a very good deal on the faucets as well. I am going again to their shop for my next bathroom project.
We met with Patrick at Mondeau in the flagship store recently to look at ensuite bathroom fixtures. He was very knowledgeable about the product lines and helped us find the items to achieve the look we wanted. The store was full of a good supply of fixtures allowing us to visualize things better than through photos alone. It was a good experience, thank you for your time and not letting us feel rushed.
With COVID restrictions we had to make an appointment to visit showroom and book time with a consultant. They were quick and efficient at following up. Consultant Denis was very helpful and knowledgeable at preparing a quote for us.
Kevin was extremely helpful, and protocols were in place to make my visit to Mondeau an enjoyable experience. Mondeau has a wide range of products to meet any bathroom need.
