Went to purchase a twin mattress sales person was excellent listened to what I need gave me option to hold the mattress as it was the last one made my min up quickly picked up later in the day very professional attentive to my needs not enough of this in today's world very satisfied was treated like a person not just a sale thank you

I loved the staff they were awesome. The couch I bought on the other hand, not so much. I have had it for not even 2 years and it is literally falling apart. It is the second couch I have gotten through them because the first one was defective and took almost a year to get replaced the first time. Then when the second one started showing signs of wear and low quality a couple of months after bringing it home, I didn't even bother to call. My warranty was voided with the first couch because it fell apart at the seams. So I am stuck with a couch that uncomfortable as all heck and falling apart. But I know this is not the sales people fault. They do not make the furniture. I just wish the head office would bring in better quality. I feel like I've lost out on 1200 bucks when I should have just went somewhere else.

The manager went above and beyond to help us with are defective mattress, he helped us go trough the warranty process with the company and then helped us pick a new and better mattress for are needs. It took a little longer to get the new mattress due to covid delays, but in the end the wait was well worth. We would recommend this store to anyone as a experience was exceptional.
