I have an older Yamaha Receiver, that all of a sudden would not display anything on my TV not even the receiver's on-screen menu. I talked to Steve who offered a couple of different solutions instead of trying to sell me a new reciever. The factory reset he suggested worked and resolved my issue. So kudos to Steve and his knowledge and saved me some . I will recommend Sounds Fantastic to anyone, and when I get to replace my speakers, I know where they will come from.

I've had nothing but great experiences buying at Sound Fantastic. Any time I've bought there (which I do for all my Home Theatre needs) I felt like the staff were friendly and would do anything they could to meet my needs. I prefer to buy from a local shop than a big box store when possible. The prices at Sounds are on par will chain stores but have the added value of the staff have a level of professionalism and knowledge you simply can't find at a big box retailer.
