I went to Midas for changing my brakes, and after a few weeks my rotors got damaged, by the time i asked them about changing rotors and brake pads they said rotors were ok and then after few weeks they were worn out and then they are giving me a high quote of 450 for rotors and charged me with the inspection fees. I don’t recommend them for any one. I really had a bad experience with them.

I've been to Midas several times for a variety of maintenance and repairs and always been treated kindly. The staff and owner are fantastic and most importantly they are honest.
I brought my car here for a tire alignment and when I got my car back there is a few tears on my leather seat, went to talk to the manager and he was absolutely terrible to deal with. He denied everything as soon as we went to show him, not even offering and apology denied that it was even possible for any of his workers to do that to our seat. Didn’t want to have a conversation and ended up walking away from us saying there’s nothing he can do in a very rude manner. Would not recommend this business to anyone, due to the tear in the seat as well as the attitude we received when we brought up that there was damage done to our car. Awful experience will NEVER be back

I went in for inspection of my car. Firstly the lady at front wasn’t friendly. They rejected the inspection saying it’s brake pads and rotors needs replacement. That is ok. But they gave us a total of 850 for just front wheels. I came home and got the parts from some parts shop for 350 and got it fixed from a mechanic for just 60. When I went there for reinspection, the front desk lady was really really rude. She didn’t even replied to our ‘Hi’. She asked us to get the yellow rejected slip that we somehow lost. Me and my fiance spent good 20 mins looking for that thing in our car and she didn’t even say that it’s ok if we don’t have that. Went in back after searching the car, she didn’t even ask for the slip againand just kept the papers on desk for us. Though we had good experience with mechanic Brian and was really helpful.
