This is usually one of my favourite places to get pizza but service has been going down which might be due to the pandemic but still. Placed an order for a birthday party, they cancelled it, refunded us but only sent an email so we didn't see it yet before going to the restaurant, thinking our order should be ready when I get there. Edit: I forgot to add that they should of called instead when it comes to a cancelation. Once at the restaurant to pick up my order, they tell me it was cancelled and refunded and an email was sent. I had to re-order something else, and that took 1h before it was ready! Only thing I received for my trouble was a little discount on the garlic fingers.

I was at Mcbuns on Monday afternoon around 3:30 two men walked in about 5 minutes apart of each other neither of them we're wearing masks and he walked through the whole store bought things I went to the cash and walked out after paying at this time with a case is so high in Moncton I'm going to stay away from this place.
The products are decent but the customer service is horrible. I went in today and was the only one in the store, wanted to buy desserts from behind the counter and waited several minutes for an employee to come help me. 3 employees were at the cash talking and made eye contact with me so they clearly saw me waiting for help. Then the employee who got the cupcakes didn’t wear gloves or wash her hands before touching the food. At the cashC the employee didn’t say hello or greet me in any way. I stopped going there as often due to the prices increasing quite a bit, and now after the customer service I doubt I will return to this location.
Great place. Great staff. I go her all the time.
