My cousin has what appears to be a sever infenction from a belly button piercing she recieved from this shop (which is actually someone's garage!) ... She's attempted to reach out to them as requested with photos so they could give her further instructions on how to care for said piercing and she was informed not to take it out. The piercing was not done correctly in the 1st place, it was not straight and there was too much of a gap!!! The owner and son have completely disregarded the emails and have not gotten back to her and it's been over 10 days ... Poor customer service while on the phone and very rude! I'd think twice about going to this place!
Great experience getting my dermal piercing today! The guy was very professional and patient and understanding with me because I usually faint getting piercings! Will definitely be going back for more!

The guy who pierced my ears was super nice and professional! Me and my friends all went there to get our ears pierced and it was a very pleasing experience
