Great conversations and service from informed and very helpful staff who took great care helping me, placing my orders and making the entire process of ordering paint simple. Very thrilled with the product - Farrow & Ball Paint sample pots and with how quickly these arrived to me - just two days from Toronto to Sudbury. Thrilled to have discovered Monarch Paints on Bloor, and the team that made me feel so happy and assured about my choices of paint and colours. Five stars.

I’ve been in and out of paint stores for half a century. This one has top notch, extremely knowledgeable staff who treat customers with respect, interest, and friendliness - be they professionals or amateurs. They carry innovative, high quality product lines and clearly care about the craft of painting and papering.
Have been there twice for paint and stain and can truly say it is the best experience I have ever had with a paint store in my personal and professional lives. The advice and service have been spot on both times. First experience was entirely contactless in May and despite a miscommunication on the phone order they made it right with very little discussion. Went back because of that experience and because the recommendation on the Sansin stain for my deck was amazing. Today they spent almost 2 hours looking at stain options and actually applied 8 different stain samples to wood that I brought with me to help me make decisions regarding staining my new veranda railings. Cannot say enough about the team at Monarch.
