Alan and the crew and came in to fix a ceiling leak that appeared to be coming from the washing machine (2nd floor laundry room). After cutting out the rotten drywall, he determined that it was in fact poorly insulated dryer duct causing the moisture. They cleaned the duct, insulated it properly, and even added a vapour barrier so this never happens again. We brought another contractor in and he wouldnt touch it due to the knockdown texture on our ceiling. Needless to say, Alan and the guys not only matched it but you would never know work was done. Clean is an understatement. Thanks to the team, we can do laundry again without fear of ruining the ceiling. Also, and maybe most importantly, in the midst of this pandemic the crew was very vigilant in maintaining proper distance and making us feel very comfortable with the process. I cannot recommend him enough. Hopefully we dont need this kind of work again but if we do, Alan is our guy
