Would not recommend renting from here. The lady I talked to on the phone was very disrespectful (I could tell by her tone). I see this has been a common thread by other reviews. I could barely get a word in to explain what I was looking for before she cut me off mid-sentence. I then asked if she knew where to find the prop I was looking for, she said no and hung up the phone abruptly, again as I was mid sentence thanking her for her help and saying goodbye... I'm really not one to make any reviews in the first place, but that was very rude & unprofessional customer service.

Earlier this week, I was driving a props and location person around town picking up props for an upcoming shoot. While I waited for them to finish their transaction, I happened to notice two most excellent props and took the advantage of having the props person photograph me along side them. In the winter, I become Santa Claus; which begs the question, one that all children, and some adults ask, 'what does Santa do in the off season?' With these two pics, I can now prove to the kids that I was picking up my elves luggage from North Pole International Airport as they were all returning early from their summer hiatus down south. The red barbecue smoker beside me - what other colour would Santa's smoker be? - only proves Santa also enjoys barbecuing during the pleasant Polar summers. So take it from Santa Claus: Mojo Props is definitely the place to go for any self-respecting producer, prop and set dresser...ho, ho, ho.
Great selection, best people, good covid policies.
Super poor customer service rude and not in any way needed. I guess they are busy which is what i was told so that justify everyone being rude? I am not sure but im sure as hell never dealing with these guys again.
The best place in town to rent props for your production. Excellent staff and amazing inventory.
