Great store to have in town, I can always find what I need there and the staff members (e.g. John and Jeff) know their stuff. Even for seemingly little issues if they for example don’t have something in stock they go above and beyond to get it for you (in my case 90 degree two way bullnose drywall corner connects). Pricing is also very reasonable.

Worst customer service of any Rona I've ever dealt with. Can't even be bothered to help a contractor during lockdown locate a needed tool within the store. Top shelf customer appreciation . Off to the home hardware

The delivery guys were awesome (Greg and ?)! They put the steel roof gazebo box I ordered, in my back yard for me instead of just curb side (it was 400lbs). AND they helped me pick something up that had got blown over in the wind this past weekend (also heavy). The store didn't charge delivery for me and I was in Parkhill. Overall I had a great experience with everyone associated with the store!
