I had a major reno 2nd floor addition back in 2015. Good quality workmanship that stands up over time. I did had have a small roofing leak the other day and Modular promptly resolved the issue as a warranty repair. They truly stand behind their work! I highly recommend.

They built my 1,000 sf addition. Easy to approach, no aggressive sales tactics, they give you detailed price breakdown, no hiden fees and work with you to customize as per your needs. They have a professional construction crew, focused to deliver on time as per project schedule.

We added a second floor to our bungalow, gutted and completely renovated the main floor too. These guys do excellent work. They are the most organized contractors I've ever dealt with. The staff is very professional and generally just nice to deal with. The building crew was amazing and most of the contractors they brought in did really good work. We really didn't have to worry about the project and felt that we were in good hands for the entire build. The team told us construction would take 5 months to complete and almost 5 months to the day, we moved back in. However, we still had a few small outstanding items to complete. Unfortunately, this was where things kinda fell apart for us. The process slowed down a little too much for our liking. It took more than 3 months to get some of those last items completed which was frustrating. Despite this, I still felt our overall experience was good and if I had to do it again, I would hire Modular again.
