I contacted the friendly and very helpful staff in the Courtney office and they made sure to expedite my Bathroom window delivery. I received it within 10 days. This was extremely helpful during my bathroom renovation and my contractor told me that everyone else had a wait of 2 months . Thank you.

We rebuilt our deck and had Modern handle the new vinyl installation. The new deck looks great! We finished up the new railings ourselves (still a little work to go!) and combined with the new vinyl are very happy with the entire project. If I were to offer some criticism it is that they were typically slow to respond to email, sometimes with delays over a week. This did not ultimately change the install date, and was not a big enough deal to remove any stars from this rating, but if you require an immediate response I suggest phoning rather than email.
New windows were installed. My only regret is that I used other window installers for other jobs. Great job, THANKS.
They did a wonderful job on our window inserts that were being replaced from a different manufacturer, 5 to be exact were changed out. no mess, on time. I recommend modern windows
