I bought a jacket on September 17th 2020 I haven't received it(10/14/20). I received a tracking number that hasn't had the item scanned yet. They don't pick up the phone or answer emails.

Wonderful customer service. I purchased a mink coat from Moda via their website. Had a very pleasant experience.

Moda Furs product looks beautiful but the customer service to international customers is extremely poor. I have now sent x3 emails via the website as well as trying to contact them through their facebook page to enquire the cost of shipping a winter coat to Australia and not received any response whatsoever. This is incredibly disappointing.
