Staff not adhering to masking in public indoor places. The staff has a mask on that is not covering his nose and not even fully covering his mouth. This is essentially useless. I can see his mouth as he talks to customers within 2 feet of each other. Please wear your mask properly and keep the public safe!

I didn’t set out to buy a case today but the guy in the blue shirt and khaki pants. I think his name was Harry helped me figure out the problem I was having with my phone for free. He gave such a nice customer service that I just couldn’t leave without buying something from him. 10/10 would recommend visiting this place

My phone screen was broken so I went there to fix after two weeks the phone stopped I went back to them and they said its gonna take 2 days I took the phone and call someone and microphone wasn't working I told the person about that he said that the microphone need replacement and after two days of waiting to fix the microphone they said that doesn't work and they have to send it somewhere and it gonna take five or seven days and its gonna charge me 30-40 my phone was working before stop its not my fault why I'm gonna pay and scratch the screen .how possible that i give them the phone to fix it but they broke it to charge me again ?

they compared a broken phone with water damage to a cancer patient dieing and thought it was okay to say that when my father died of cancer in august. they gave my phone back with the speaker not working and said it was my fault when i it was working minutes before i walked up to the both. i do not recommend giving this place business there are many better place in the mall that will not break your phone and make you cry.

I put it as 3.5 stars cus they did give me a deal on my Samsung A8 back of my phone needed to be replaced it was completely cracked everywhere I had to use tape to hold it in place but they said a hour and it be done came out great got a deal on the replaced back also on that screen protector and also a good solid case too witch is completely awesome awesome service. But then I only thing is that I didn't notice till few days or maybe longer the way you guys put the back of the phone back on its not on to fit. The new back isn't on properly it's not properly it doesn't sit right cus you guys didn't clean the the old back of the phones broken peices of glass of the back so it's not on fittingly ? Lol
