I had my first cell phone repair today after owning cell phones since the 90s. I was referred to Mobile Klinik at the St. Laurent Mall. They are the only factory-authorized repair place in Ottawa. Went in at the opening and had a technician, Cat, look at my de-laminating screen on my Samsung S7, now off warranty. Turns out it was from a battery swelling that she recognized quickly and gave me a quote. She gave me a time later in the day she figured they could have the phone ready and it was ready before that. I was very pleased with the professional manner of the staff, and the price I was charged for a battery replacement and re-attaching the display to the manufacturer's specification. I hope I don't need service work on any future cell phones I may own, but if I do, Mobile Klinik will have my business because I have confidence in them due to the professional manner their staff have shown me.

This place is not a good for service because i have passed their Today Monday March 29th 2021 at 11: 00 AM and I was the first customer to see what was wrong with my cell phone the technician at the front Desk plugged a wire on my cell phone then he tells me the screen is finished and then mentions me the price of it would cost me of the amount of 299.00 plus the taxes. I then called the main headquarters to see how much would it cost for a new screen the technician told me that it would cost 210.00 and he then told me into getting second opinion at the end seeing and evaluating the cell phone I then went to the Le promanade de Gatineau the Technician their he did a forced reboot and the problem was fixed and it didn't cost me a dame friigin penny what a bunch thieves at that place,,,
