my sister found this place in 2010. have gone through a few laptops with them cause of my own mistakes. but always have fixed them and explained in decent detail what happened and what they wanted to do and requested my approval first. I give 4 cause you can always be better. but for almost 8 years for my mom, mine and sisters phones we have gone there for just about anything related to screens and our laptops. Adel is a good manager/boss/CEO? and has always been very friendly.

We went there and bought a replacement phone that was on the Wind network. Initially we purchased and S5 but it was not loud enough and they exchanged it for a note 4. It was a great phone but unfortunately it did not work by our house. They lent me a S6 until they received some new note 4's. I went to pick it up yesterday and everything works great. I was in several times and the staff there were great to deal with. I appreciate their help and everything they did to remedy the situation.
Great place. Went in to get an estimate for my credit card insurance for a phone that I broke and the guys were super nice. They also said they are planing on bringing some amazing phone to market that are only available in other country at a reasonable price. If you need your phone fixed or if you want to buy an unlocked phone, that's the place to go!
I am so very grateful to have found Mobile Depot. Before I went to Mobile Depot I thought I needed to buy a new laptop. Left my laptop at Mobile Depot, and a few hours later I got a call they were able to fix it for fair price. I will definitely be going back to him for any future issues with my electronics.
A few months ago I bought an "Unlocked" Samsung galaxy note 4 for around 550 at the time it seemed like a great price but now I realize that I could have gotten the same phone at a much better quality for a lower price. First of all they gave me rip off ear buds and a rip off charger, (some of the words on the charger were misspelled or completely missing) It would take HOURS to charge and after a whole night of charging, it would still only get to about 70%. I went to exchange it and after refusing to change it they finally gave me another one. I plugged it was still slow, just slightly faster than the last one. I ended up having to get a new charger that didn't come from their store. After using it for a few weeks I realized that some of the apps didn't work properly or were outdated. For example S voice was in Chinese and did not understand a word I said. It also had some applications I had not installed. I reset the phone thinking that would work but it didn't. After doing some more research I discovered that my phone had been "Rooted" and a custom "Rom" had been installed this was done so that the phone would function with any provider. But It disabled the ability to update the phone, download certain apps and some of the phone was in Chinese ( even when the settings were set to English,) just to name a few of the problems. Now here I am writing this review with an S pen that doesn't work, A brand new battery I had to spend 50 on, and a broken back cover. I spend my money not only on the phone but also on all of the repairs. And in the end I will probably end up needing a new cell phone. You are better off buying a cell phone pretty much anywhere else. So in conclusion: DON'T COME HERE!
WARNING: You might as well burn your money - it'll be faster and the heat would provide some actual use, I had purchased an iPhone 5S for an exorbitant amount of money and was promised the phone would be in good working condition, however, the phone had immediate problems which they claimed were my fault even though the phone was only 2 weeks old. Do not buy used from these clowns!
Fixed my iPhone 6s at reasonable price and time. All people in area must go to fix screen. Also, good customer service
