Went to Mobijacks Parkland Mall location and he was really condescending. My IPhone was disabled and he was no help and treated me poorly the entire interaction. I went to London Drugs after instead and they were much better. Your customer service is severely lacking here.
Lucas was very helpful, polite, and professional. Did an amazing job with my phone.

Rohit went above and beyond to get the data off my destroyed iPhone, he rescued all my videos and pictures of my granddaughter that I had not backed up. Thanks Rohit

I took 2 iphones in to have the screens fixed and the guy told me one would be 400 and the other was not repairable, he then proceeded to give me a speech about buying new and going on a koodo contract. I walked roughly 4 places down to Hub Wireless and got both screens fixed with tempered and a case for 400. I have no use for business who take advantage of their customers. I would not recommend this business as they are dishonest and have no respect for the consumer.
Mark went above and beyond! After getting a screen replacement from a non-Apple authorized dealer (I didn’t even know that this was a thing), and having it crack the next day, I booked an appointment with Mobi Jack’s from the Apple website. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was informed they were closing and Apple doesn’t understand their store hours (boo Apple!). I explained that I live over an hour away and it was a work phone that needed to be fixed and Mark stayed late just to help me out and replace my phone screen. DEFINITELY A service with a smile. Highly recommend Mobi Jack’s - I learnt my lesson, just get it done right the first time! I hopefully never have to visit again but if I do I will be sure to double check store hours and will be recommending Mobi Jack’s to anyone needing a repair on their Apple or Samsung device.
