Max and his team did a fantastic job on repairing a stipple ceiling with old water damage from an old plumbing issue at my father's home. His price was very reasonable, he walked me through his recommendations and why we should do the job properly instead of just a patch job. He provided options, was very responsive, and flexible to work with our schedule. His team was considerate and professional, left the area completely clean and finished on time. The quality of the work was excellent, and they even repaired a few extra cracks they spotted at no extra charge. I'd highly recommend them and use them again should any texturing, painting or drywall projects arise for me again.

Max and his team were professional, polite and respectful! They did great quality work and responded to our questions or concerns immediately without delay. Our only complaint would be that the job went over schedule by 2 days on an 11 day project which, in our opinion, could have been avoided. We highly recommend MKZ construction and would use them every time!
We hired Maxime and his team to do the mudding, tapping, sanding, and priming of the whole basement we are in the process of developing. I found this company to be very professional and delivery exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. Max who doing the work even took a couple minutes every time he came to show our dog some affection which was calming for the dog.They are best buds now. I would will be using MKZ Construction for future projects that we are already talking about
