Wonderful work to sustain the carp river detention basin. A wonderful place in the heart of Kanata to walk around and see mallards and American black ducks, Great Blue Herons, Great Egrets and Night Crowned night Herons. Wildlife like raccoons, white tailed deer rabbits, muskrats and coyotes.to name a few. Best times to walk around are early mornings.Another pathway they take care of is the watts creek pathway. Love this whole area lots of deer and wildlife and of course beautiful birds.
