Solid experience from beginning to end. Brought in my 2003 G35 sedan. I showed up thinking I would have to drop it off and leave it for the day. Instead they diagnosed the issue precisely. Replaced my Y-Pipe with a new one. The sound is nice and quiet now and the cars power has truly been restored. They were honest, efficient, stayed true to their quote and time. Fantastic service. Fast. Reasonable prices. Fixed my muffler without having to buy a whole new muffler system. Cut and weld. Here is my old muffler. Huge holes. Now fixed.

From the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left was roughly 50 minutes. It's just not realistic to expect any type of repair to be done any quicker than that. They'll put your car on to a hoist and take a look at it before getting back to you and letting you know an estimate. In my case the estimate is exactly what I ended up paying. It was also the same number that I was expecting to pay before I drove over. Zach was great to deal with. Nothing more I could have asked out of him. The work itself is exactly what I asked for and their technicians seem to know their stuff. Overall Id definitely recommend Zoro to anybody that's in need of exhaust work. Also, they are limiting the number of people allowed inside the reception area at one time and they have a little heated waiting room with chairs socially distanced if that's a priority for you.
My 2018 Nissan NV still under warranty and it has a tiny dent on the muffler So that’s void the warranty and they wanna charge hefty price to exchange the whole muffler then I thought to stop bye zorro Mississauga and luckily I met with the gentleman just before closing and he doesn’t mind to spare Few minutes to check it and fix the dent as a complimentary . 401 Dixie nissan Technicians are just bunch of idiots doesn’t know anything about Mechanic
