We had a plumbing issue and spoke with Claudelle at Workeefy. She made the entire customer service experience very pleasant. Claudelle walked us through the process, connected us with Alex who was very prompt in arriving. He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue to us in a way that we felt assured that we were in good and professional hands. He was also able to spot and rectify a few other issues that we weren't even aware of with the plumbing, thereby going above and beyond while giving us some useful tips on proper maintenance. We are very satisfied with the overall service that we received right from the time we placed our call till the issue was resolved.

Don't ever use this site. People accept jobs they can't do and charge alot and the outcome is poor, nothing resolved. I need a electric recliner chair fix and called workfeefy, the company said I would need an electrician. I ordered an electrician and he didn't call. So I called him and he claims he didn't know he accepted the job. I told him I can't cancel the job because it's less than 24 hours he took it anyway came looked at it and did nothing and charged me 160 bucks. Horrible horrible experience.

Had a "worker" come to my place to do the simplest of tasks-installing curtain rods and hanging up pictures. The guy mismeasured the height of the rods multiple times and couldnt adequately install the other rods without messing up resulting in loads of holes in my wall . He couldnt hang the pictures up at the right height. I have about 10 holes in my wall from all this. Workeefy did not refund me and they didnt pay for the repair costs to fix the holes and repaint my walls. They dont know how to do proper background checks and send over hack jobs. They just told me I should not have paid and fired the worker.

So we hired one cleaner for my property in Brampton two weeks back. The cleaning was not at all professional, there were stains still left everywhere. Even a 10 year old can clean much better than them. It was a very bad experience and I will never recommend any services from workeefy to anyone. Finally l, the charges they asked me was not legitimate.
