Very impressed with the service I received from Window Fix.ca My initial contact with Jason was conducted in a nice business fashion Mathew their installer very professional,and polite and worked very quickly he wore a mask at all times and practiced sanitary measures the price to replace very affordable I would certainly recommend this company

This company responds promptly to quotation requests. They arrive on time for inspection, measurement and confirmation of quote. Their installers are courteous and diligent. I'm most impressed by them advising me that a window I thought I needed to replace glass in was actually in good enough shape and in so doing saved me money. I have employed Window Fix twice now and do not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

One of our windows was broken so I googled for the best and most reliable company to do the job. Windowfix.ca appeared as top 4th search result. Don't let the search result fool you, they are on the 4th spot but they have a 5 out of 5 review score. At first I was kinda skeptical when they said they offer \Same Day Estimate\. But they really do deliver this promise (given you submit the request within their hours of operation). Key things that I liked about them: - communication was a breeze - prompt (they will call you when they are on their way) - value for money (quoted price remained as is and the lowest price I got compared to other companies) - customer service (Matt, who did the installation made a few tweaks to our window to remove / reduce the squeaking sound when opening / closing it) - transparent (Keith and Sarah, who did the measurement was very transparent about the possible noticeable differences between the new and existing windows. Turns out those differences are barely noticeable) The overall experience was outstanding, they did an excellent job / service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for any window repairs.
