Absolutely worst customer service experience I had a couple in front of me who were in the store before me but they took forever to place the order, they had 10 questions for pretty much every item they had at the store, whether they wanted to buy or not they had a question, they had a complete disregard that I was waiting for my order. Both apologized to me at the end (which has no meaning to me they had already wasted my time). Anyways I wouldn’t blame them, I believe it is the responsibility of the store to treat their customers equally and respect everyones time.

Diwali update: excellent service, well organized, easy to order, tasty sweets and snacks. My concern is there is no distancing encouraged in the outdoor lineups, and the owner manager doesn't wear a mask at all.

Rare to find a Marathi place in Toronto so I was super excited to try some Mumbai foods. We went on Diwali so there was a 20 min line up to get in. There was complimentary Chai (tea) at the entrance so that was a pretty classy move. Their Spicy Samosas were definitely the best I’ve had in Toronto. Great texture of the patty and the filling was very flavorful. They’re also the spiciest samosas I’ve ever had. So beware, even if you’re used to spicy food. The Misal Pav was made fresh to order. Unfortunately it was disappointing. Nowhere close to what you get in Maharashtra, India. The Pav was good though. Seems like it was made fresh in house. I think their other Chaat snacks will be quite good, so I look forward to trying that in the future.

Have been going to White Gold for almost 20 years. Although the ownership has recently changed, the quality of their products remains the same and is top notch. We usually buy their spicy and non-spicy samosas and kachoris (hard crust). would recommend

Have been visiting this place for many years but now every time I visit it I get more disappointed. It seems like they are selling stale stuff. Nothing tastes fresh apart from the samosa!!! Very disappointed by my recent visit and I doubt I shall return as the city has a lot to offer which tastes fresh.
