This vision center has given me so many issues and I have only been picking up my contacts from there for a few months now. There is a secretary there who doesn't have the credentials to do anything and the technician doesn't come in until 1 everyday. They forgot to order my contacts one time so I had to wait another week and be contactless for this time. Not only that but she was unable to tighten my glasses or dispense me trials (because now I have no contacts to wear)after taking time on my lunch to pick up my contacts which like mentioned before had failed to be ordered. I know it is not her fault but I don't understand why she is there if she cant do anything that the vision center is there to do? As the holidays are approaching I have a half day at work and I work across from this Wal-Mart so I thought it would be convenient to get my contacts here but since the technician isn't in until 1 I now either have to stay an extra hour at work(which I cant do because I have to be somewhere at1) or commute from Brampton back out here to pick up my contacts after 1:00 during my time off. They were so kind as to order me trial contacts which now are no use to me because my contacts are ready to be picked up. So far not impressed what so ever with this Vision Center!
