What can I say about Vanguard Cleaning Systems? Well firstly we had tried to grow our business on our own and failed so we joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems. They had us up and running in no time and before long we had our full volume. This Franchise Company really looks out for their Franchises as our success is there success. They carryout regular visits to our accounts making sure they are happy and deal with any issues that may arise. They offer favorable terms when purchasing equipment and offer discounts when buying cleaning supplies through various outlets. Another thing we like about Vanguard Cleaning Systems is the one bill system whereby they do all our invoicing to the various businesses we deal with and issue us one payment at the end of each month. They do all the running around for any outstanding monies to ensure we are paid on time. This is a good Franchise Company and we would not be where we are today if not for them. As a franchisee, I have been doing business with this company for more than 4 years. So far, I have great experience. I got the accounts I wanted and I collect my check every month on specific date. No delay at all. What I like most is the genuine interest they have to see you succeed. Because they know, your success is their success. They try to maintain mutual respect so as to create conducive environment for everyone involved. When any issue arises between the franchisee and the customers, they resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. You can see clearly how much they value their franchisees as well as their customers. I believe that is the secret of their success.
I’ve been working with vanguard for about more than 5 years now. I’m satisfied with my experience with vanguard, they are great with communication. I never have a problem with getting my accounts. Whenever I’m in need of accounts they provide it for me as soon as they can and are always helpful whenever I am in need of help, they are truly supportive. I’ll give you 3 stars this time, but if you can find accounts in Scarborough I’ll definitely give you 5 stars!

Can’t believe how bad management of this company is. We canceled our service months ago and we still get invoices regularly. Figure it out!!
