The doctor (who would not share his name after I complained to reception about his abusive behavior) was terrible. Just wanted to get the forms for an STI test. usually it is a very simple process. He asked and repeated a lot of unnecessary questions and when I asked him why he said he felt uncomfortable with MY line of questioning. He was making it very difficult just for me to get the forms to get an STI test. He was extremely rude and said I needed a better attitude if he wanted my help (what?!?!?). I was so upset I wanted to complain to reception, he overheard and forcibly took my forms he gave me away and told reception to not give me his name and to make it look like I never showed up to the establishment at all today. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I will be filling an official complaint with CPS O.

You may do well if you call first to check on the mood of the “doctors” there first before you visit. They have a serious attitude problem and dish out more moral judgements than medical advice. In times past it was good, but the good ones ran away and i don’t blame them. The receptionists are no better, if they ever smiled, their face may crack. Im serious, they are miserable. Try to find one where they know about patient care and human respect.

No way would I ever step foot in here again. Firstly, the hours of operation say they open at 10, I waited until 10:30 for the doctor to come in and still nothing. Not to mention that the waiting room itself looks very dirty and unsanitary, the secretary was also not wearing her mask properly which is very alarming for a medical clinic during a pandemic.. I left before even seeing the doctor.

Visited urgent care this evening at around 6:30pm, place was quiet, only 2 patients ahead of me. Waited for about 20mins. The lady at the front was nice. She’s not very cheerful but she’s very efficient. Dr. Salah was the one who attended to me, he’s very nice, professional, cheerful and just relaxed. He was able to give me the right meds and answered my questions. The place is very dated, it will be very nice if they redecorate the place. Patient room is clean and spacious. They also have a procedure room. The urgent care is on the main floor, st. Mary’s pharmacy on the right side of the main floor. There’s also an orthopaedic clinic beside the urgent care. There’s a basement where there are more facilities/office. (Not related to urgent care)

I am not sure why many people post 1 star. I went around 11.30am ( weekday). i went for a walk in There was no line. Receptionist was super nice and super helpful. Even the lady from Pharmacy was super helpful. Doctor had an accent but wasn't hard to understand what he was saying. I would totally recommend this place.
