Horrible phone service! They hang up on me and claim I disconnected the call? Don’t even know the model I have even though it’s well known (Google Pixel 4a) disappointing phone service with a cocky and rude employee. Disgusting.
Ur Cell is fraud. I Got my phone charging port replaced at Ur cell. They charged me 75 with one month warranty. however it looks like they never replaced it, within couple of days same problem occurred. Now when i am visiting the store, their response was \there is physical damage and they will charge again after rechecking the phone\ Please don't visit the store, they are stealing money from customers. zero satisfaction....
They were able to repair my OnePlus 5's charging port for 70 everything included. Overall I would highly recommend.
