Poor time management from the office team. Given slot of 11am to 2pm and the team arrived at 3.30 pm due to previous job. Furthermore did not care to inform until I called at 2pm. Also was not informed of the different packages you could select based on the additional vents in your house. No issues with the on-site team. Babar and his team provided quality service for our duct and vent cleaning and dryer lint cleaning. Everything was explained in detail on the job done.

Babar and Rajinder Singh were cordial and professional. They had explained all the process involved and completed a thorough cleaning of the systems. They had sanitized as well as we were experiencing asthma and allergy reactions from all the dust that had accumulated from years of not cleaning. Thank you so much

Overall the experience is very good. Babar and Harkinder are very professional, came with the right set of instruments, covered the floor with the cloth to avoid any damages. Then cleaned all the ducts with before and after cleaning photos. Gave me the cleaning certificate upon completion. Reason am giving 4 stars is because, finally they added 12 CAD for disposal fee which wasn't informed while I was booking their service. So make sure to disclose all the charges to the customers upfront. Otherwise happy with their service as they just completed the cleaning yesterday.

I took there service on July 4,2020; I took a package for 13 vents; my house has less than 13 vents. Today I accidentally opened one vent and I saw so much debris, which puts be in ambiguity that, if he actually did the work or not. They finish so quickly, I even asked him, if he did clean the vents in all the rooms; he said yes. Please see attach picture. It is not worth the money they charged.
