Ordered a suit for my wedding in 3 days and was supposed to pick it up yesterday. The truck arrived late and worst of all my suit wasn't in that truck. So i basically waited 30 minutes extra at the mall for nothing. But the manager kindly explained what had happened and it wasn't his fault the truck forgot my suit, he then offered to have my suit delivered to me the next day at my house. So 5 stars for the customer service and how they handled things, will definitely be renting my suits here again.

Garbage business and garbage manager. After spending countless of thousands of dollars I threatened after a couple days notice if I did not return my Tuxedo I would be charged more thousands of dollars. Please do yourself a favour and don’t come here. The manager thinks he’s a big shot but he just runs a small thieving business
