A simple stud and bearing replacement manifested in several electrical issues while the car was being worked on. A rental and the service was provided free of charge until unforeseen issues were resolved. Best customer experience of any commercial service I've ever came across.

I've been hesitant about posting this review but I feel it needs to be done so people are aware of what happened. I first came to this mechanic after reading a lot of 4-5 star reviews on Google. They've done services for me over the course of 10 months like replacing my passenger door sensor, fixing my rear wiper motor, and replacing my brakes. Prices were average but I found Tam to be respectful and helpful. This past May, I changed my winter tires to all-seasons. 2 weeks later, I was driving home from work and heard huge sounds coming from my tire. As soon as I turned into a side street, my front driver tire just fell off. I got towed to Canadian Tire and they told me my wheels were not torqued correctly. I went back to T&T where they gave me a full refund and Tam told me he checked the footage, saying he did not see anything wrong with the tire change. He told me he thinks someone else messed with my tires since it would not take 2 weeks for the nuts to loosen however I don't think this is the case. Be wary where you choose to do simple services like tire changes. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here and am really upset by what happened or worse, what could've happened.

T&T Auto has been taking care of me for years. They’re very transparent with their services, offer competitive pricing, and are overall amazingly friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend them for any and all auto-related services. They are able to work on both domestic and imported vehicles (FYI).

Great service! This place is an easy access from the highway. My first impression when walking in was how spacious the place is. It's clean and the staffs there were very professional. I need to get my oil change done, I forgot to make an appointment but they were happy to slot me in. The oil change was done very quick! I'm used to waiting long hours to just get an oil change done, but that wasn't the case here. The price is reasonable and they even gave me a sticker to put on my window to remind me when my next oil change is due. It's hard to remember little things like that! It's good to have a reminder! I would definitely come back here again for my next service. Highly recommended!
