This company is doing work at Cabot Head Lighthouse up in Dyer's Bay, Ontario. Over the winter, they needed to plow snow to access the lighthouse. They moved loads of snow into the driveway of a private cottage. We called several times, asking for them to take care of this issue, and for a week, we got to response. We needed to get into the driveway, and could not. Today, the project manager (Tim ?) called my house, asking for my husband, who wasn't here, and proceeded to yell and threaten me, saying he would \make sure life was bad for all the renters at the house this summer\ . The phone call was very unprofessional and completely unwarranted. If this clown is any indication of the work ethics and professionalism of this company, then all I can say is good luck. They should have bend over backwards to help us, instead chose to be rude, unresponsive and aggressive. I included an image of the 4 ' pile of snow left after a thaw. This pile is pushed 14' down the driveway. Impossible to get to the house.

Last winter we had some workers staying at our Bed and Breakfast for over 4 months. They were a great group of guys with some exceptions with a couple of workers who didn't stay long. They were respectful and polite. The project manager communicated with us well. We had a little communication problem with the person booking the accommodations as they thought they booked the whole place near the end of their stay when they hadn't. Payment was a little slow at times. We would definitely let them stay again.

The worst experience ever, owner is moody, no business ethics. The bad people get rewarded, The good ones been treated badly. No secured job in this company. No appreciation for good work. Hiring based on owners moods.
