I ordered Timbertech composite decking from your store and I am pleased with the great customer service provided by both Balazs (the sales associate) and Moe (the delivery person). Balazs really took the time to go over the different material and educated me on the decking material. Moe was very careful and accomodating when delivering the material. He made sure that he placed the material in the safe spot (away from built in sprinklers, etc). Thank you for the great customer service.

Its was an amazing customer service by Mr Shaik Rah at the store in Mississauga. Shaik has a complete knowledge of the material and making an estimate to make a composite deck at our backyard in Mississauga. Whatever, he explained and delivered us with the material was very satisfactory to us and our installer. One piece had a manufacturing defect, when notified, it was replaced same day without any delay. I highly recommend the store and service by Shaik.
I must say I was very pleased with the service I received, I had originally called every local store in Montreal as I live there and no one had any of the products in stock, I was given 15-30 days ETA. Then by mistake I had called this store which was a long ways away, but was I glad I made that mistake. Shaik provided all the details I needed and then proceeded to go above and beyond to find a way to get all the products to me in 2 days. WOW!!! I was blown away by Shaik's customer service. Everything arrived perfectly.
