Went in to buy a few dress shirts and a suit but was ignored the entire time I was there. I was the only one there. A family walks in and they’re asked if they need help. So clearly my business wasn’t needed. Pathetic.

Received a suit from this location as gift for Christmas. When I went to have this suit altered i arrived at the store at 930 am. The staff was late by 10 minutes and took him another 10 to get to me as he had to “open” the store. Then I was told that this suit was not purchased at this location. Which it really was and didn’t matter whatsoever if it did or not as alterations would be on top of the purchase price anyway. I asked if it really mattered if I got the suit altered there or somewhere else he said no he can do it but persisted in saying my suit was not purchased there. I was told it would take two weeks. No problem. After three weeks I called to see if my suit was ready and I was told it was. No phone call to advise it was ready. I was told they don’t make calls. I then Went in to get my suit. None of the alterations were completed. Nothing! I was told a lot of excuses why this might have happened. I was promised a speedy alteration would be completed in three days. Not that I expected it but they didn’t call to inform me the suit was ready. I have received my suit but I’m not that impressed with the quality of the work that was done. There are threads with loose ends I ended up cuttin back but felt this was sloppy and unfinished. Do not get a suit from this location

was just in there with my daughter less than 5 minutes ago and somebody was asked for help but I was ignored the 2 men didnt even try help me or ask what I needed even though I need a suit for a wedding but I guess I have to take my business somewhere else. Guess I wasn't up to par for the place.
