Pre ordered battle styles boosted boxes. Recieved on time at a solid price. They did not seem to be resealed or tampered with in any way. Did not get any amazing pulls that's the luck of the draw.

Ordered a Darkness Ablaze booster box and right off the bat I noticed that the sealing was off. Some parts of the seal looked like it was heated and glued but I ignored that because this place had good reviews and I didn't really pay attention to the bad reviews but once I brought it home and opened it up, I realized right away that the packs had some residue which hinted they were opened. Also some packs were opening so easily without any pressure and in some packs you can tell that their was glue on them. Really disappointed. I don't fully blame The Upper Hand for this though because the distributor they're buying from can be tampering the booster boxes but not 100% sure on this. I escalated a claim for this purchase to PayPal since I bought this online and let's hope they realize from the pictures I sent them that the packs were resealed and end up giving me a refund.

I had a great experience here and I highly recommend this store for any trading card or other needs. The owner and staff are also very accommodating and super friendly. Definite 5 star! (Also had a great interview ;)

Had an issue with cross Canada shipping on the website so I messaged their facebook page. The owner very quickly replied and helped resolve my issue, even outside of work hours. Great customer service, would definitely suggest!

I believe it was the owner Christian that contacted me after he seen a post I made about getting scammed and ripped off for 100 ,he was kind enough to surprise me and ship me really good stuff and made my day with two boxes of Pokémon cards that I have not opened yet.. I was shocked and still can’t believe their are still kind ppl out there that care :). I would like everyone to say thanks if you see him for me as I can’t thank him enough. Awesome store and owner!!

The Upper Hand is a gem of a card store in Mississauga. Christian (Store Owner) is one of the most authentic and passionate people in the card business and genuinely makes you feel welcome in his store when buying or playing games. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get great prices on individual cards or sealed product. A FANTASTIC Pokemon League is run here weekly by his team and would recommend stopping in to learn how to play.
